Terms of Service
Last updated October 31, 2026
Please read these terms before you use Flobbie Social. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Flobbie Social (“Flobbie”, “we”, “us”), a business based in the United States, for using the website at flobbie.com, the app at app.flobbie.com, and our API, MCP server and command line tool (together, “Flobbie”). By creating an account or using Flobbie you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Flobbie for an organization, you accept these terms for it and confirm you may do so.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter into this agreement where you live. Flobbie is invite-only for now: you can join when someone invites you or we give you an account.
Give us accurate information, keep your password and API tokens safe, and tell us at privacy@flobbie.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by the people you invite and by the AI agents and tools you connect.
A workspace is managed by its owners. They decide who is a member, what each member may do, and what happens to the workspace’s content.
Your content
Your posts, media and everything else you put into Flobbie remain yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example resize an image or shorten a link) and send your content, only as needed to run Flobbie for you, including publishing it to the accounts you choose. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies already published or held in backups for a limited time.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to it and that publishing it doesn’t break the law or anyone’s rights.
Social platforms and other services
When you connect a social account, you authorise Flobbie to act on that account for you: publish, schedule, reply and read statistics, as you set up. You must follow the terms and rules of every platform you use through Flobbie.
The platforms and other services you connect (such as link shorteners, webhooks, Unsplash or GIPHY) are run by other companies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them. They may change their features, limits or rules, reject or remove posts, or limit or suspend accounts, and that can affect what Flobbie can do. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
AI features and AI agents
Flobbie’s AI features can make mistakes. Check what they write before you publish it; you are responsible for what is published from your account.
AI agents you connect through our API or MCP server act with the access you give them, and what they do counts as done by you. Give them only the access they need, and disconnect them when you no longer use them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Flobbie to:
- break the law or the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- publish spam, scams or misleading content, or fake engagement, followers or reviews;
- harass, threaten or harm anyone, or publish content that sexually exploits minors;
- break the rules of the platforms you publish to, or get around their limits;
- spread malware, or try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- overload, disrupt, scrape or copy Flobbie, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.
Fees
Flobbie is free while it is invite-only. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll show the price, what it includes and the billing terms before you choose one, and we won’t charge you without your agreement. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
Changes to Flobbie
We keep improving Flobbie, so features can change, and some may be added or removed. We work to keep Flobbie available, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that every post will be published (a platform may be down or refuse a post). If we stop offering Flobbie, we’ll tell you in advance so you can export your content.
Ending your use
You can stop using Flobbie and delete your account at any time in Settings, Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or exposes us to legal liability, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. What happens to your information afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy. The sections on your content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and law continue to apply.
Disclaimers
Flobbie is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Flobbie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to Flobbie or these terms. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
Some places don’t allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as allowed, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Flobbie because of your content, your use of Flobbie or your breach of these terms, you will defend and indemnify us against it, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Flobbie Social is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the courts there. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose laws give you protections that can’t be waived, you keep those protections and may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Flobbie after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can stop using Flobbie and delete your account.
General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Flobbie. If a part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part right away, we haven’t given it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
